ARC of Bay County, Florida is a local Panama City organization of volunteers trying to save the lives of animals abandoned daily in local kill shelters. Many of these animals are abandoned due to no fault of their own and they deserve a second chance. That is what ARC is trying to give them.

Foster Homes Desperately Needed!

We are in desperate need of foster homes! Some people think this means they have to

pay for all the costs associated with the animals they take into their care. This is a misconception! We will cover all vet costs, all you need provide is a loving home, and a bit of food. We will even try to help with the food costs when donations allow.

And remember...the more foster homes we have, the more animals we can help!

We are always looking for prospective adopters. If you don’t see an animal you are interested in right now, please go ahead and start the adoption process anyway. This will give you several advantages: 1. You will be able to put in a specific request for a specific breed or type of animal 2. Your paperwork and home visit will be completed so you will have priority for new animals going up for adoption and 3. Once you find your dream pet there will be no wait until your lifelong companion can join you.
